On the occasion of the first congress of your struggling federation in Germany—convened under the deeply meaningful and essential slogan "Our Language is the Identity of Our Kurdishness" and under the auspices of Honorable (Shafa Barzani), the General Supervisor of the Kurdistan Diaspora—we extend our warmest congratulations to you and all the participants of your congress.

In the diaspora, preserving the mother tongue is not merely a cultural duty, but rather the preservation of our roots, history, and the future of our generations.
