Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation Launches Norwegian Chapter in Oslo

Executive Committee of Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation Norway Committee

On Sunday, 10/3/2024, the inaugural meeting of the Norwegian Committee of the Federal Organization of Kurdistan Diaspora Women was convened in Oslo, Norway. Initially, the attendees engaged in discussions regarding the agenda, the initiation of tasks, and the modus operandi. Subsequently, a one-time election was conducted to appoint heads from among the participants.

It is noteworthy that the delineation of responsibilities between the executive committee and the federation's operations is informed by the collective experience and expertise of its five members.

Following the allocation of duties, deliberations ensued regarding the planning of forthcoming projects, as well as the operational framework and activities of the federation.

Additionally, following consultation with all members, it was resolved to register the Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation in Norway within the registry of central institutions and organizations.

The Executive Committee of the Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation, Norway Chapter, is constituted as follows:

- Darya Khoshnaw: Responsible

- Kowestan Omarzadeh: Deputy Head

- Rangin Mehna: Media and Communications

- Shawnam Nadri: Finance

- Evin Haji: Projects and Planning
