Congratulatory Message from the Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation on the Occasion of the Sixth Kurdistan Parliament Elections

On the occasion of the successful and democratic conclusion of the sixth session of the Kurdistan Parliament elections, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Kurdish people, especially the families of the martyrs, the brave Peshmerga, and all those who defend our land and nation.

We are proud to highlight the significant role the Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation played throughout the election process as an international observer. We also extend our deep gratitude to all our partners, including the High Election Commission, government institutions, and organizations, whose dedicated efforts contributed to the successful completion of the voting process.

The campaign for the sixth session of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament (KRP) elections ran from September 25 to October 15, 2024. General voting began at 6:00 AM on Sunday, October 20, 2024, and concluded by evening in Kurdistan.

As the Kurdistan Diaspora Women's Federation, we proudly and confidently support the establishment of a strong and effective parliament that will serve the citizens of the Kurdistan Region, fostering stability, advancing the peace and development process, and realizing the people's aspirations.
